2. Feb. minutes read and approved.
3. Bev read the LilTrtiri,vils Report; see attachment.
4. Current vouchers reviewed and signed.
5. Old Business:
.A. Bev, with Jessie and Mark Teagle, reported on their survey of space requirements
for prospective library -see Attachment tT2.
B. Fr. -Ink reported that there does not a;_,pear to be a positive correlation between
building permits and specific growth directions in the coi,imunity, a pertinent
f.actor in determining a location.
C. Eleanor said th,,at the City survey is expected to be put out in May, perhaps with
the water bills, and asked Board members 'to consider questions pertinent to our
ponderings which might be included, and which we should discuss at the April m.tg.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion of jury duty remuneration regarding f:,irness both to the employee
anal to the 'Library; Beg stated that City government does not give time off', but
allows folks to tUke emergency leave for this purpose, and sugFellsted that we
might use this procedure, but p,i,y the difference to preclude any Vy loss. Frank
concocted a longthy motion to this effect, and Bev was asked to re*ord our
Personnel ;policy for consideration at the April meeting.
B. Bev read a letter requesting our support of a.Woitien's Research Center; discussed
and so moved; Bev will respond aocordin�31y.
C. Teresa, reported on something l can't decipher, re Ed Hume; perha,s we could go
over it again, and. 1 will take better notes.
