The minutes of the Special Hoard. Meeting,
Dow read a letter from the Jefferson County Historical Society accepting the
offer of the desk from the literary board. Teresa reported that the County Cc ;s-
sieaa�s have requested that they be allowed to purcha+ew the desk for we in the
District Courtroom in the Jefferson County Courthouse. it was moved and seconded
that we reject all bide and adept the offer of the county to place the desk in
the public view. Motion passed.
Bev gave the librarians report noting the increase in circulation.
The vouchers were signed.
It sass saved, and seconded that we make a request to the city that we can give the Via :

Bev reported on the present status of the budget. We have sows funds left,. BOY

It was moved that we send a letter to Ed Hawley- on the water seepage problemo
It me suggested that we add to our policy a - Disposal of surplus Library Property*
statement.
Hoard members were reminded to review all libmary policy material so that any
odwUes may be aasede by the next meeting.
It was suggested: that Irene Henni:ger, from Kitsap , come to our January meting
and talk to us ateeut the Kitsap euperieence with feasibility study and bowl. issue.
De suggested that we have a contract with the grounds maintenance firm for
sorriae from March to November.
