February 27, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. Present, were Airs. Einarsen,
:Leila Farms, dune Scott, Frank Kilham and Airs. 6.allig.
The minutes of the last meeting were .read and approvred.
Airs. ;,''aL1ln gave the Librarians s Report and copies were passed to hoard
members.
The statistical report was given and vouchers approved and signed.
Old Business: The Policy statement review was cancelled due to the absence
of new member kiss. Adelson.
New :Rusinesat The regular me ting date for ':arch will not be held due to the
absence of some Vembers during spring vacation.
Correspondence was read regarding Library Directors meeting in clay at Lake
Wil.derneds, vUch Mrs. Wallin was given board approval to attend.
Airs. Wallin reported on the 11brary Directors meeting in Olympia can Feb. 14th.
Airs, Harms and N.,rs. Scott will came to the library on March 31st to sign vouchers.
The regular Karch meeting to be held TAarch 13th and notice of same to be put
in the paper.
Discussion of Ribbon Coshing ceremony for opening of ramp previously included
in Librarian's Report. It was decided that this would be an opportune ti;m to
discuss with the Aga *r and Council members our plans for developing the parking
facility.
Mrs. lr4l.lin reported on the bicentennial plazas for library participation in
than American Issues Forum and said that interested Friends were being apprised
in the pl.arming stages. The Board highly endorsed the program,
