Port Townsend Library Trustees met at 7:30 P.M. at the library.
P Present were Dr Chul ian, George Nichols, Mrs Crist, Dorothy
Hunt, and. Mrs Wallin, librarian.
Minutes of the Feb. Board meeting were read and approved.

The secretary also read the librarian's statistical report
for the previous month.
Mrs Wallin pointed out some of the statistical errors con-
tained in the quarterly report published by the State Library,
concerning Port Townsend Public Library. She will submit a
correction of these three errors to the State Library.
Mrs Wallin ,that the secretary make note in these
minutes that City Council has agreed that we go ahead with a
raise of wages for extra help. It is felt by the Board that we
40- are short in the Fxtra Help Fund, and will have to apply for
an Fmer-,enc Ordinance before the year is out.

Mr Steinbruck has been contacted concerning the rear entrance
or ramp to the Library. He is involved and cannot come at this time,
and does not with to dubmi t a draft from memory. Mrs 'Nallin is to
contact him again.
National Library Week commences Apr 20th. We are to have an
Open Mouse at the Library one evening. Exhibits and hobbies will
be on display all week.
Port Townsend Garden Club has given a tree for planting on
Arbor Day. Secretary to write a letter to thank then for their gift.
