Port Townsend Pii.blic Library Board met March 3, at the library.
Present at t'-is meetin7.were ('hr Pottoff, Dr Chuljinn, Mrs Crist,
and Mrs Hunt and. Mrs 'A'al1in.
Minutes of the Janurar,y meeting were read and approved. 'L'lso read
was Mrs VVall.,n's report for the month of February. Mrs 'Nallin also
stated that a bid had. been reveived for repair of the front can-
opy, in the amount of "157.52 ,Bcaz+d members felt that we should
rro ahead with this repair, as it is most necessary.
Records and a. record-sorter have been added to t he services of the
library.
0 Discu.^sion followed of giitte-r repair. The Board decided. that Mr
K-i.lham could do this at P latter date.

as our circl.i.l�a.tion has increased to the point where she is in need
Of aid at the desk, with the sh.elvinF� of books, etc. Last year we
were allowed "'2300. for extra assistance.
Again di.sci.ission took place concernin- the add.i_t:i_on of a ramp to
the library. Mrs 'Nal.lin has not heard from Yr Steinbrock, and will
contact him again as to arch.etectual desi.Fn fog, this addition.
