0 Fembers of the Port Townsend Library Board met February 2nd
at 1:00 P.M. Present were Chr Potthoff, and Mrs Hunt. Rr Chuljian
called that he could not attend t]-ie meeting, due to an emergency
call at his office, but would stop at t' -ie library and. sign vouchers.
Minutes of the last Board meeting, was read blr, the secretary. Also
the reports of th.e librarian.
Mr Potthoff stated that students at the shop at school are construct-
ing bookcases for the library. They are in the process of constructing
three sections.
Mrs Wallin announced that a new person has jof ned her staff, 'ferry
Jurich, who will work approximately 10 hours a week.
Painting on the upstairs level is being; resumed, and when this is
fini,ghed the furniture, which has beery reupholstered will be placed
before the fireplace.
A gift from Mr Horace McCurdy, Lewis and. Dryden's Marine History,
has been received. Pi%rs Hunt to write a letter of thanks for this
gift.
