Trustees of the Port 'Townsend Public Library met for their regular
meeting Oct. 28, i�t''T:30 P.11. Present were Chr Potthoff, Mr Nichols,
Dr. Chul jian, Mrs Hunt, and Mrs Wallin.
Minutes of the Sepemberf,2, meeting; were .read b-
y the secretary and
approved. The librariants report was also read and placed on .file.
Mrs Wallin read a letter. from Mr 11:orace i,'cCurdy concerning his
interest in t1i.e Port 'Townsend library. It was sugf- vested. by the
members that a letter of appreciation for his continued interest
be written in behalf of the library Board members by the secretary.
The date of our re, -;ulcer meetings was again under. discussion. Meeting

a Monday is
most difficult
for Mr Nichols
and
for
P,qr
Potthoff.
It
was decided
to tby evening
meetings to see
if
all
members could not be present. With this new schedule- ---the last
Thursday of the month was chosen, hoping; that all bills would be
presented to Mrs Wallin b;y that time. The meeting time will be
7:50P.M., at the library.
Mrs Wallin discussed the matter of garbage at the back of the library
Mr Nichols felt he knew most of the boys invd)lved, and would speak
with them regarding this.
The lights in the front standards have not been working properly.
Mrs Wallin called Bob Cook, who has located the problem., and will
seal the wires properly in the box.
