Trustees of tl -le Library Board met Au Fast 1, 12:30 i'.I, at the
Public Library. Present were Miss Hill, Dr Chi.a.ljian, Mrs Hunt and
Mrs Wallin.
There has been no regular meeting since April, so these min-
utes were reviewed.
The budget was reviewed by th.e members, as a new estimate must
be presented to Council soon. Pars Wallin stressed the need for t�
increase in the Fund f or extra help. She also stated tie need for
extra money in the Book Binding and Repair Fund. T,iembers agreed to
ask for
increase from `x'675.00 to ",1200. in extra , °Fork Fund. Also to ask for
increase in Book Fund from . " "',1800. to ''1900., and Book Binding and
Repair from 1111200.00 to A300.
Mrs Wallin has talked with T.r Youngblood, city Clerk, about the
amounts left in -[ ;lie off Ice supplies, building and maintenance Funds..
lie has said that these coul.l be transferred. :With this :In mind, the
members decided to go ahead. with- the reupholstering; of the furniture
which was purchased some time ago. Mr Johnson, upholster, has €r;iven
Mrs Wallin an estimate at; to type of material and cost.
