The Board of Trustees met at the Library July 7th for the
• regular meeting. Present were Miss Hill, Dr, Chuljian, Mr Deits,
and Mrs. Hunt,
Miss Sheehan, was welcomed by the attending Hoard, and pres,ent-
ed the library report of the month of June. She was requested by
Mr. D &its of have facts concerning; the remaining amount in the bud-
get for extra help and vacstion, also the amount that had been spent
in the past year, and to present this to the -Board at the next meet -
ing.
Discussion was had concerning the additional help weeded at the
present t1me. Miss Sheehan felt that she may need additional help
while she is recuperation from illmess, and is not sure she can get
along with just one person assisting.
. Mrs. Nelson has decided to sell the set of Encyclopedia Britain -
nicer in which the library was interested. Miss Hill to enquire as to
year, price etc. We have two sets and it may be this is all we need.
Mrs. Hunt was instructed to contact the State Library as to
the services of a consultant for weeding out beaks , stating the date
before the middle of August.

the.�resident fee to ` 2.00.
