Port Townsend Library Board of Thwstees met at the library April 7,
with all members present.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Harry Deits.
Minutes. Due to lack of a. quorum, no business meeting was conducted
in March. Vouchers were signed by three Uoard members.

She also stated Fifts of books had been received from the Port Town-
send P.T.A., and two from Mrs Finarsen.
Report of those hired to assist with ,rvork at the library showed that
Mrs Paulsen worked at rite durinr the month of March, and Barbara. Smith
was a part -time assistant during?; the day.
Correspondence; A letter from Mrs ''heehan was read which stated that
she would be unable to be;orin her libr ary position here until after the
0 fifteenth. of May. This delay is due to medical treatment she must receive.
Letter received from Mrs Bates of Quilcene asking for
a part -time or summer position at the library.
