The meeting was called to order at 7:45.
There was general discussion about the budget (attached).
Discussion revolved around building maintenance. It was
decided that building maintenance.should stress three
factors:
1. safety
2. prevention of deterioration
3. cosmetics
Items discussed under these categories include:
1. main entry canopy
2. caulking, sealing and painting of windows
3. surface on the back entrance ramp
4. cornice cap leakage down the walls and
painting of the cap
5. painting and patching the interior walls of
the main floor
6. painting and patching ceiling of the main
floor
7. new furnace burner
It was decided to stress the following areas for the 1983
budget:
1. cornice repair and painting
2. front canopy
3. surface of the exterior ramp in the back of
the building
4. new furnace burner
A meeting with the Mayor will be held on the following Monday
for preliminary budget discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 :10
