AND 11 OF SAID BLOCK 4; ESTABLISHING
TION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that certain alley located within Block
4, James Hussey's addition to the City of Port Townsend,- lying
between 27th Street and a point 12 feet north of the northern
lot line of Lots 6 and 11 of said Block 4, be and same is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the aforementioned alley vacation is condi-
tioned however upon the following prior to its effectiveness:
a. The applicant shall cause to be vacated the interior lot
lines of lots 9, 10, and 11 of Block 4 in the manner provided by
law.
b. A fifteen foot easement for utility and emergency services
shall be granted to the City of Port Townsend through the subject
property in an alignment that would allow the provision of utility
services through to 27th street. The alignment will be agreed upon
by the Public Works, emergency services and utility department heads
of the City and the applicant; and the applicant shall provide a
survey and legal description of said property and easements at
the owners expense within 120 days.
Section 3. A certified copy of the ordinanae vacating the
alley shall be recorded by the City Clerk in the office of the Jefferson
County Auditor upon receipt by the City of all fees and compensation
required by Section 12.20.120 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code,
and after satisfaction of tab, cOnditions set forth in Section 2 above.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law and
in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 above. The alley vacation shall
be cancelled and become automatically null and void one year from
the date hereof if said fees have not been paid or conditions satisfied.

AND A POINT 12 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHERN LOT LINE OF LOTS 6
AND 11 OF SAID BLOCK 4; ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS TO THE VACA-
TION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that certain alley located within Block
4, James Hussey's addition to the City of Port Townsend, lying
