AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING FEES FOR AMBULANCE
SERVICE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A charge or fee of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS
($145.00) is here and hereby established for each call made by a
City ambulance or aid car when basic life support or transport is
provided,, which amount shall be credited to the Emergency Medical
Services Fund.
section 2. A.charge or fee of TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS
($245.00) is here and hereby established for each call made by a
City ambulance or aid car when advanced life support and transport
is provided, which amount shall be credited to the Emergency
Medical Services Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1,
1990, after it passage, approval and publication in the form and
manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on January 2, 1990.
