AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND NAMING AND
DESIGNATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY AS HILL PLA.CE__ ,
AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Port Townsend does here and hereby
name and designate the following described right-of-way within the
City as Hill Place , to wit:
The. Easterly 15 feet of Lots 17 through 32, inclusive, Block 37, Supplemental Plat of
the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend, as per plat recorded in Volume 2
of Plats, page 24, records of Jefferson County; together with the 20-foot alleyway ly-
ing between Lots 1 through 16 and Lots 17 through 32 of Block 37, Supplemental Plat of
the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend, extending from Twelfth Street to
Fourteenth Street, all situate within the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County,
Washington.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon its pas-
sage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Section 3. That the City Clerk beandis hereby authorized to re-
cord this Ordinance or a certified copy hereof with the Jefferson
County Auditor following its effective date.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the City
Council for the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor on
January 16 .... , 1990.
