From and after September 18, 1991, the position of the Building Official is established and the salary of the Port Townsend Building Official is fixed and not to exceed $30,000 annually. Section 2. Any and all actions taken pursuant to the authority of this ordinance but prior to its passage are hereby ratified and confirmed. Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the council and approved by the Mayor on October 1, 1991. Attest: City Clerk City Attorney Mayor
