OF AUGUST 2,1977
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this 2nd day of August
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Steve presiding.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
A public hearing was held on Application No.~$O50f the Fisher Construction Co. subdivision of
San Juan Estates. Fisher said the project will improve the water system in the San Juan
area and will upgrade the sewer in general. The project will include fire hydrants,
curved reads, and a paved strip on San Juan road. Comments from Citizens were heard. A motion
was made by Shaneyfelt/Ciprioti to approve the plat with the condition that Lots 45,46, 53 and
24 have access limited to Fisher A"!lnue'and:';notLDelbn:.~San Juan. Motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
A Public Hearing was set August 16,1977, for the Six Year Road Program.
