The City Council of' the City of Port Townsend, Vlashington, met in Statutory 13udget Session
this 2nd day of October 1967 in the council chambers of the ci ty hall. I'Jayor ~3ullivan presiding.

BUDGET SESSIOn
~;~ayor Sullivan announced that the purpose of the meeting was for the considerati n of the
budget of' the City of' Port Townsend, as required by statute and that no otD.er business would
be considered at this meeting.

Councilman Hoglund seconded by Councilman Lindsey tthat the changes in the Garbage Collection

adopted. Motion carried. Attorney Abraham said for the record that due to the superior court

Dolores Hoyt, Ci ty Treasurer said she v!TOuld like to go on record that discrimination was made
due to the raises for male employees and none for the female employees.
