HomeMy WebLinkAbout2345 Increasing the Amount in the Advance Travel Expense Revolving FundORDIN_ANCE NO. 23 ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1896 AND SECTION 3.04.220 OF THE PORT TOWNSEND MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING THE AMOUNT IN THE FUND TO $1,500 AND ESTABLISHING AND EFFECTIVE DATE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1896 and Section 3.04.220 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is here and hereby amended to read as follows: "The Clerk-Treasurer shall be designated as custodian of this fund in the amount of ($500 .v~, 0N~ THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ~$!.500.00~ to be deposited in a separate checking account by issuance of a treasurers check. Thereafter, the Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit all refunds from officers and employees allowed in the settlement of employee advances. All disbursements from this fund shall be accordance with provisions established by the office of State Auditor for the State of Washington." ~_G_~. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
