THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That all of that portion of the street formerly named Offutt Street within the Fowlers Park Addition to the city of Port Townsend be named "Magnolia Street". Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law, and upon a certified copy being recorded with the Auditor for Jefferson County, Washington.
