AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND WAGES
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN FOLLOWS:
Section 1. From and after January 1, 1994, the salaries of the
following city employees are fixed not to exceed the following
sums, which salaries shall be paid monthly:
Director of Planning and Building .............. $4,408.33
Planner I ...................................... 2,479 17

Ail other salaries shall remain as previously established.
Section 2. Any and all actions taken pursuant to the authority
of this ordinance but prior to its passage are hereby ratified
and confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by
law.
