ATTEST: City ~erk APPROVED AS TO F~RM: AN ORDINANCE DISCLAIMING ANY CITY INTEREST IN ANY PILING, PIER OR OTHER IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN OR UPON THE RIGHT OF WAY OF QUINCY STREET BETWEEN WATER STREET AND FRONT STREET. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, I5 ~REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It is here and hereby found and declared that the City of Port Townsend has and claims no interest in or to any piling, piers, or parts thereof, or any other structure or thing being a part of any ferry landing facility in or upon that portion of Quincy Street lying between Water Street and Front Street in said City. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
