Home My WebLink About1747 Dissolving the Garbage Department Fund ORDINANCE NO. ~~/ AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING THE G~J~BAGE DEPARTMENT FUND OF THE PORT TOWNSEND GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Garbage Fund of the Port Townsend Garbage Collection Service is hereby dissolved, effective January 1, 1976, and the City Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to remove the accounting of and for said fund from the records of the City. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
