Easement Granted U.S. 'sorest Service
and the Ci Attorney
The City Clerk reported that: he and the 'later Supt, had met e'ith,Mr. Grant, District
Ranger, of the U.S. Forest Service, and had examined the proposed route of a road across
the City's Lords Lake Property for which Easement had been requested some time ago, but no
action had been taken by the Council pending determination that the proposed road would
not interfer with the contemplated use of Lords Lake for water storage by the City.
Upon investigation St appeared that conflict between the prone ed road and development
of the Lake for water storage could easily be avoided and except for one or two details wit
respect to the crowing o1' the present water supply line which Mr. Grant had assured city
`
officials would be taken care of to the satisfaction of the City and Crown 2ellerbach Corp.
