March'7, 1950 The CITY COUNCIL. of the City of Port 'Townsend, Washington met in regular session this 7th day of March, 1950, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall Mayor H. E. Anderson.Presiding. ROLL CALL Orficers and Members noted present upon roll call were as follows:* Mayor, H. E. Anderson; City Attorney, C. T. Williams; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilman,. Goo. F. Mueller; H. E. Gleason; Goo. J. Osborne; 'Tony P. Eronimo; Dennis Sullivan; and Wm. A. Paddock; Councilman Ralph H. Steele arriving during the session. MINUTES OF PhEVIOUS SESS1014 Steele arrives • Councilman Steele arrived during the reading of the minutes of the previous session and thereafter took his part in the proceedings of the Council. The minutes of the previous session were read In full and upon completion thereof, it was moved by Councilman Steele, and seconded by Councilman Sullivan, that the minutes be approved as read. Motion carried. Withholding Tax 67.20 1,143.09 Jills Allowed -' - It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the fore- going bills be allowed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to issu warrants in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote all sbven,Councilman present voted in the affirmative and the motion was declared carried. APPLICATION FOR LICENSES The applications Hugh H. Hanson and Lawrence S. Kovat;.for Taxi -Cab Driver's Licarse were reported to the Council as was the fact that the required fees has been,prid and the apnlications had been approved by the Chief of Police. Licenses Granted It was moved by Councilman Meuller, and seconded by Councilman Eronimo, that the Taxi - Cab Driver's Licenses be granted Mr. Hanson and Mr. Kovatz. Motion carried.
