The proposed Ordinance was read by title only for the 'Third healing and upon completion�i�
thereof, it was moved by Councilman Steele, and seconded by Councilman Osborne, that the
ordinance do now pass. Upon roll call vote, all seven Councilman present voted in the af- "a}ya'a.Y The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port 'Townsend, Washington met in regular session this
firmative and the motion was declared carried. 20 day of November, 1949, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
