City of Port Townsend
Permission is herdry requested for an order of -vacation of those portions
of 26th and 27th Streets from the easterly line of Cliff Street to the abutting
acreage and those portions of 26th and 27th Streets from the westerly line of
Eddy Street to the easterly line of Howard Street, all in Johnston's addition of
the City of Port Townsedd.
'e are the owners of all the lots and blocks on both sides of the por-
tions of the streets sought to be vacated.
I's are prepared to pay and will pay all costs connected with this
application.

ORDINANCE NO.
AN*ORDINANCE of the City of PortTownsend-vacating portions of Sherman and 15th Streets, in
Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend, • Jefferson County, Washington.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSE•ND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of 15th Street lying between the easterly line of Hancock
Street and the westerly line of Hendricks Street and that portion of Sherman Street lying
between the southerly line of 16th Street and the northerly line of 14th Street, all in
Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Towsend, Jefferson County, Washington, be and the

same is hereby vacated.

Section 2. That the City of Port Townsend does herby and.herewith retain all existing
easements and the right -to exercise and grant future easements in respect to the vacated

portion of the streets aforesaid for the construction, repair and maintenance of public

utilities and services.
Section 3. That this ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend Leader to be in
force and take effect as provided by law.

Section 1. That the compensation to be paid to the following named officer of said.
city for the term commencing January 2, 1951, be and the same is hereby fixed as follows:
First: For the office of City Treasurer the monthly compensation of $250.00.
