Gentlemen:
The Port 'Townsend Post #26 American Legion Would like to:'request that action
be taken to install suitable signs over the pedestrian cross walks near Memorial
Field. Stating that raffic should stop when the cross walks are occupied, it has
been called to our attention by one of our members that this wife and child were
almost hit by a car due to the fact that the driver did not halt when the pedestrian
walk was occupied.
We will appreciate any action that you can take on this matter.
