Williams, Re: Punchboard ordinance Councilman Steele requested that the ordinance providing for the licensing of punch - boards, by the city, which was previously read for the first and second readings, be read at this time for the third reading. Councilman Gleason stated that this request tvas out of order in view of the fact that the ordinance had been referred to the Committee on Polic and License and had not been reported back; and the request was so ruled. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business appearing before the Council at this time, it teas moved by Councilman Gleason, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the Council do now adjourn. Sept. 6, 1949 The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port 'Townsend, Washington met in -regular -sea sion this 6th day of September, 1949, at 7:30 o'clock in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Anderson presiding.
