refused to pay or allow the vouchers so presented.
IV.
That the said work and material wss and is worth the sum of $659.20, which amoun
together with'interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the 5th day of
Uctober, 1948, is due and wholly unpaid.
WHEREFORE plaintiff prays judgment against the defendant for the sum of $659.20,
together with interest from the 5th day of October, 1948, for his costa herein
expended, and for such other and further relief as to the court seems just shd proper

This matter was referred to City Attorney C. T. Williams,
Re: Punchboard ordinance
Councilman Steele requested that the ordinance providing for the licensing of punch -
boards, by the city, which was previously read for the first and second readings, be read
at this time for the third reading. Councilman Gleason stated that this request tvas out
of order in view of the fact that the ordinance had been referred to the Committee on Polic
and License and had not been reported back; and the request was so ruled.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business appearing before the Council at this time, it teas
moved by Councilman Gleason, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the Council do now
adjourn. Motion carried. n
