HARRY ANiiEHSON, MAYOR Gentlemen: Regarding the property in Port Townsend, known as the Sather Park, as shown by City gap, •sa desire to purchase this property, withtthe understanding that we will agree to build at least twenty five (25) new, modern homes in this addition. As our Home Building Construction is based on volume building, subject to G. I. and F. H. A. appraisals, it is necessary that land costs upon completion be kept to the minimum. We feel that this city mooned property, can be turned into a great asset to the City of Pm t Townsend, from city taxes drived from this building project, as well as a relief to housing, shortages which we feel are present. We, therefore, ask that the city of Port Townsend offer this property for sale, with bhe stipulation of a guarantee that a minimum number of modern homes and improvements be made within a specified time, subject to a reasonable purchase price. Respectfully yours, DELGUZ:.I CONSTRUCTION COMPANY By J. DelGuzzi e0 i c
