REFUETS ON STANDING COIKITTEFS - Fire and Light Councilman Gleason reported that City Engineer neith Jones had advised him that the new street lighting system installation had been sbtisfactorily completed and reommmendad that payment of the retained percentage of the contract be now paid. Councilman Gleason moved that the Council do now accept the new street lighting system and that the balance of the amount due City Elettric and Fixture Co., same being the 151 retained in accordance with statutory requirements, be now released and payment made. This motion was seconded by Councilman Nueller, and upon roll call vote all five Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
