E. Anderson for the office of the City Clerk C. F. Christian - For the office of City Attorney C. T. Williams For the office of Councilman First Ward ('lq year term) William A. Eronimo" The foregoing motion was seconded by Councilman Steele and upon roll call'votd all six Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. z Re: Possible request for use of Sather Park Councilman Steele reported that itwwas rumored that the Army considered rdquesting,the use, by lease, of the Sather Perk Property for the purpose of providing additional housing for families of military personnel; and it might be well for the members of the Council to give some thought to such a proposal pending the possible materialization of such a request. Re: Dogs at large Councilman Sullivan stated that dogs running at large frequently could be considered a nuisance, and cited as an example the occasion of the Armistice Day program at the Memorial Stadium. He felt that consideration should be given to ways and means. of eliminat this problem. Re: 7,uvshinoff Street vacation request By general consent of the Nlayor and Council Mrs Yuvshinoff was granted the privilegee of the floor and thereupon enquired if there were any further report upon his application for the vacation of a portion of Cass Street. Councilman Mueller stated that no further repa't would be made at this time. ADJOURNIGENT No further business appearing, it was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Gleason, that the Council do now adjourn.. Motion carried.
