the same as those now in effect, it was moved by Councilman Mueller, and seconded by Counc
man Carroll that the contracg be aceppted and that the Mayor & City Cb rk be authorized tc

Gentlemen:
The landscaping of the terrace undertaken by this club a few weeks ago is now
about completed and we desire to turn it over to you.
We employed Mr. Lerchenmueller, a well know landscape garderner, to do the work
under the direction of our committee, and after a careful inspection we feel the
job is well done and sincerely hope that it meets with your a-'.proval.
We still have a few more shrubs to be planted some time in the futer, and re-
placements to make, but will not interfere with your plans in any way.
We wish to extend. our thanks to the Mayor and each member -of the City Council for
his cooperation in our efforts to do our bit in beautifying the city.

It was moved by Councilman Mueller, and seconded by Councilman Gleason that the City
Clerk be directed to write a letter of appreciation to the Port Townsend Garden 8'lub for
the interest shown and work accomplished toward beautification of the city. Motion carried.

Townsite of the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson CountSt, State of Washington, described as

line of Lawrence Street, and a line parallel to said sourtherly
line of Lawrence Street, and 110 feet south thereof, said
