Re: :forth beach and Sather P-rk Areas
Councilman Carroll reported that lie had made an inspection of the proposed laoation
for the :forth Beach city Park, that this property, nova, owned by the county, could be
acquired by the city for this purpose, and that in his opinion it would make a desirable
adOition to the city's nark aystem. Councilman Uar:•oll stated that he !,ad tilso inspected
the area know ns Sather i'ark and ar.,ned br the City and that it was opinion that it i7ould
be advisable for the City to sell the timber from this tract, divide the tract into lots
and place the lots upon the umrket.

carried by voice vote of the members -present.
