Fie propose to fur, lath and plaster and insulate the cellar and beams of the
Anparatus Room for the sum of zleven hundred, eighty eight dolars and thirteen cents
(*1188.13)
To furnish and Install doors by the Overhead Door Co. for an additional four
hundred dollars (u400.00) in three months time.
Furnish and install doors by Crawford Co. for an additional three hundred dollar
(u300.00) in three weeks time.

Councilman Uleason recalled to the other members present that at the time of areparIng
and adopting the budget for the year 1948 additional monies had been provided to take care
of such emergencies or additional expenditures as might be required or considered advisable
to cornlete the new: fire hhll and that the proposal by Mr. Cotton had been made on this
basis.
The City Clerk stated that obliEations heretofore incurred upon this pro:ect w,buld
require some of the additional monies provided and recom:.ended that this matter lay over
to the next regular session in order that he might determine the approximate amount of fund
available in excess of expenditures which would be required under present agreements. It
was commonly agreed among the members present that the proposal would so lay over for furth
consideration.
