I realize thnt r'istances in this area are considerable, all of you are quite busy
and that it is often somewhat difficult to arrape a suitable meeting date for all the
county and city officials to get tqgether to d1scusscproblems. However, I feel that
a good unified health program is very important and would like to suggest that serious
/
thought be given to the completion of the formation of an official health district wit
