E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL Officers and Members answering present to roll call were as follows: 11,avor H. E. Anderson; Uity Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilmen Goo. J. Osborne, J. 11,1. Carroll, Geo. F. Mueller, H. E. Gleason, and A. Benedetto; City Attorney W. J. Daly arriving during the session.
