The CITY COUNCIL of the City ofPort Townsend,,".ashington, met in regular session this
second day of December, 1947, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, Mayor H. E. Anderson presiding.

Bills allowed.
It was moved by Councilman Carroll, and seconded by Councilman Osborne, that the fore-
going bills be allowed,and that•the Mayor and 'ity Clerk be authorized and directed to sign
warrants issued upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all seven
Councilmen present voted in the affirmative.and motion was declared carried.
