Gentlenen: .
The City patrolen:en on duty at night have reported to me th.t at various times
minors have been allowed to play the pinball machines at the location known as "Mike
Cafe.
This matter thus been taken up with the management of the Dafe and it has been
impossible to get satisfbetory cooperation in an attempt to ellrrinate this condition
Inasmuch as installation of pinball machines in there respective locations is
subiect to approval of the Council, it might be well for- the Counell to consider
suspending, license for this location for such a period of time as tYey might deem
advisable.
Respectfully yours,
Geo. Willestnft, Chief of Police.
Following short discussion, it was moved by Councilman Carroll, and seconded by
Councilman Osborne, that the license for this location be suspended permanently.
