E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL Officers and Members noted present upon roll call were as follows: Mayor H. E. Ander- son; `'ity Attorney, W. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. r. "hristian; and Councilmen Dennis Sullivan J. M. Carroll, Goo. F. :dueller, H. h. Gleason, A. Benedetto, and Goo. J. Osborne; Council- man Ralph H. Steele arriving during the session. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION Steele arrives. Councilman Steele arrived during the reading of the minutes of the previous session assumed his chair. The minutes of the previous session were read in full and it vies thereupon moved by Councilman Carroll, and seconded by Councilman Mueller, that the minutes be approved as read. Motion carried.
