The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this
seventh day of October, 1947, at 7:30 o'clock P.N., in the Council "hambers of the City
Hall, Mayor H. E. Anderson presiding.
ROLL CALL
Officers and Members noted present upon roll call were as follows: Mayor H. E. Ander-
son; `'ity Attorney, W. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. r. "hristian; and Councilmen Dennis Sullivan
J. M. Carroll, Goo. F. :dueller, H. h. Gleason, A. Benedetto, and Goo. J. Osborne; Council-
man Ralph H. Steele arriving during the session.
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION
Steele arrives.
Councilman Steele arrived during the reading of the minutes of the previous session
assumed his chair.
The minutes of the previous session were read in full and it vies thereupon moved by
Councilman Carroll, and seconded by Councilman Mueller, that the minutes be approved as
read. Motion carried.

It was moved by Councilman Carroll and seconded by Councilman Mueller that the fore-
going bills be allowed and that the -ayor and pity Clerk be authorized and directed to sign
warrants issued upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all: seven
Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and mtfon was declared carried.
