Box Ill To Mayor Anderson and City Council Pt. Townsend, wn Gentlemen: I am writing this letter to you in regards to some street property located near the Building Supply Co. I live in a trailer house at _the Boat Haven on Port Property. Everybody here has received orders from the Port Commission to move. I have been working at the Central Hotel for 4 years, and if I were to move into any camp grounds here -I do not make enough money to afford cab fare back & forth from those places. Therefore I would greatly appreciate the fact if you would consider leasing me th street property I have mentioned. I only* make sound $21.00 a week so you can see that I can't make two trips a day in a cab at a 41.00 a trip. I was born in this county and I have been a resident here for some time. If you wish to see me regarding this matter I am home in the evenings at the Boat Haven. In the daytime I am generally at the hotel.
