MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION Sullivan arrives. Councilman Sullivan arrived during the reading of the minutes of the previous session and took cart in the proceedings thereafter. The minutes of the previous session were read in full and following such reading it was t ereupon moved by Councilman Mueller, and seconded by Councilman Osborne, that the minutes ba approved as written.
