E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL Officers and Members answering present to roll call were as follows: Mayor H. E. A derson; City Attorney, W. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilmen Goo. r'. M eller, H. E. Gleason, A. Benedetto, and Goo. J. Osborne and J. M. Carroll; Councilmen Ralph Steele and Dennis Sullivan arriving during the session. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION Sullivan arrives. Councilman Sullivan arrived during the reading of the minutes of the previous session and took cart in the proceedings thereafter. The minutes of the previous session were read in full and following such reading it was t ereupon moved by Councilman Mueller, and seconded by Councilman Osborne, that the minutes ba approved as written.
