E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL. Officers and Lumbers found present upon roll call were as follows: Wayor, II. E. Anderson; City Attorney, !. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilman J. Y. Carroll, Goo. F.'ILueller, Ralph H. Steele, H. E. Gleason, A. Benedetto, Geo. J. Osborne, and Dennis Sullivan. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION. The minutes of the previous session were read, and upon completion thereof it was moved by Councilman Mueller, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the minutes be approve as written.
