Permission is requested to make repairs to the buildingl on the
northwesterly corner of Water and kuincy Streets, commonly known as the 'IJorby"'
Building, at an estimated cost of $200.00 for materials. Work to be done includes
renewal of entrance and replacement of front windows with plate glass.
