Irle, to -wit: Port Townsend, Washington February 6, 1947. Honorable Mayor and City Council Port Townsend, Washington. Gentlemen: Permission is requested to build an addition, 151 x 181, to the building of the Port Townsend Laundry which contains the dry cleaning unit, same being situate upon Lot 6, Block 45, Original Townsite. Construction will be of concrete, and cost of ma- terials is estimated at approximately $500.00. From Wm. A. Howe, to -wit: Respectfully submitted, Chester E. Irle, Mgr.
