It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Carroll, that the for going bills be allowed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign warrants issued upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all five councilmen g esent voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES. Applications for licenses were presented, read, and acted upon, as follows: From Jim Deleo, to -wit: Port Townsend, Washington December 2, 1946. Honorable Mayor and City Council Port Townsend, Washington Gentlemen: I hereby make application for renewal of my license to operate two (2) for hire cars in the City of Port Townsend, during the year 1947. Respectfully submitted, Jim Deleo License granted. It was moved by Councilman Mueller, anr: seconded by Councilman Carroll, that license be granted as requested by Mr. Deleo. Lotion carried. From J. H. Purdy, to -wit: December 3, 1946. Honorable Mayor and City Council: I am asking for a renewal of my two city cab licenses in the City of Port Townsend for the year 1947. Yours J. H. Purdy Red 'Pop Cab. License granted. It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Gleavon, that Mr. Purdy be granted license in accordance with his request. Motion carried.
