It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Carroll, that the for
going bills be allowed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign warrants
issued upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all five councilmen
g esent voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
