Re: Lighting Sims
Councilman I..ueller stated that inasmuch or the city had recently taken official action
to designate a portion of State HiChrray No. 9 as Sims fray, it would be well for the council
to consider ways and means for adequate lighting of come.
Re: Coin Operated Machines
Councilman iuella±• introduced the matter of the operation within the city of coin
operated machines other than t!:e pin and ball machines now licensed by the city. This
subject was discussed at some length, and a motion was made by Councilman Carroll that the
City Attorney be instructed to draw, an ordinance providing for the licensing of all coin
operated machines other than pin and ball machines and those operated by public utilities,
but notion was lost for want of a second, and no further definite action r:as taken by the
council.

There being no further business before the council for their consideration at this
time, it was moved by Councilman Carroll, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the
council do non adjourn. Lotion carried.

It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman L:ucller, that the fore-
going bills be allowed, and that the ',.ayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign warrants
issued upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all fivecouncilmen
present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
