ORDINANCES A?CD RESOLUTIONS. 155 i i , Street Fund Emergency Ordinance. A proposed ordinance declaring an emergency and providing for the appropriation of money for the City Street Fund for expenditure for the year 1946, which was presented and read in full for the first reading at the last regular session of the Council, and is in- corporated in the minutes thereof, eras presented and read in full at this time for the second reading. It was moved by Councilman Gleason, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the proposed ordinance be read by title only for the third reading. Upon roll call vote, all five Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. Third Reading and Passage. The proposed ordinance was read by title only for the third reading, and it ivas there- upon roved by Council -man Steele, and seconded by Councilman I:.ueller, that the ordinance do now pass.
