Re: L.I.D. Bonds, outstandinE Permits granted. ° p Councilman Gleason introduced the matter of the outstanding L.I.D. Bonds of the city, �� stating that while these did not now constitute a legal obligation they were, in his opinion, It was moved by councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Steele, that the permit �t f„ , a moral obligation which might impair the future financial rating of the city.
