M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Liayor H. E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL Officers and members answering present to roll call were as follows: Mayor, H. E. Anderson; City Attorney, III. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and ouncilmen, J. M. Carroll, Geo. F. Yueller, H. E. Gleason, A. Benedetto, and Ralph H. Steele. Councilmen 7:m. Lammers, Sr. and Dennis Sullivan were excused from attendance. Upon roll call vote, all five Councilmen resent voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
