The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this 6th day of Iovember, 1945, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor 11. E. Anderson presiding. ROLL CALL. Officers and members answering present to roll call were as follows: Mayor, ii. E. Ander- son; City Attorney, "'. J. Daly; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilmen, J. Id. Carroll, Geo, F. Dueller, II. E. Gleason, A. Benedetto, and Dennis Sullivan. Councilman Ralph H. Stee arrived during the session, and Councilman elm.
